Sara McLean
I was born and raised here in Billings. This area is also where my husband and I have chosen to call home and raise our 2 beautiful children. The kids certainly keep us busy and my time away from work is normally spent running them where they’re supposed to be. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 1998; becoming partner at Conver & Winchell Insurance in 2010 and sole owner in 2017.
Brandi Deming
I joined Conver & Winchell Insurance in May 2021 as the customer service representative. Before joining Conver & Winchell Insurance I spent 15 ½ years as the assistant manager at Avis Budget Car Rental. While new at the insurance game, I have always enjoyed working with different people and assisting them with their needs. I have lived in Billings all my life and when I am not busy at work you can find me spending time with my daughters Emily and Britney and my dog, a corgi named Doc.

Barry Conver

Barry is from Helena. He ended up in Billings after choosing Eastern
Montana College (now MSUB) for his education. He retired in 2017, after 30
years in insurance. He enjoys the outdoors; hunting, mountain biking, and spending time with his family, especially his 4 grandsons.
Dennis Winchell
​
Dennis was born and raised here in Billings. He graduated from Central High School in 1969 before pursuing his education in Missoula (go Griz!). Before his passing in 2010 he loved to travel, golf, and play poker.
