Conver & Winchell was founded in Billings by Barry Conver and Dennis Winchell in 2003. Sara McLean was an agent with the agency from the day its doors opened. After Dennis passed away, Sara became Barry’s partner in 2010. When Barry retired in 2017, she became the agency’s sole owner.
Through every chapter, Conver & Winchell has remained intentionally small. That matters to us because when you call, you should get a person who knows you—not a queue or a call center.
